Logistics

Each space includes a six foot skirted table and 2 chairs in a designated area, located in the glass enclosed patio garden directly connected to the general area of the conference. Overnight lodging and incidental charges are the responsibility of each exhibitor/associate. Exhibitors are also responsible for making hotel reservations and arrangements for additional services needed.

Set-up:

Set up must be completed by 8:00 am on the 24th!    

 
     Monday, February 23              6:00 – 8:00 p.m.

     Tuesday, February 24               6:30 – 8:00 a.m.

Exhibit hours:

     Tuesday, February 24               8:00 – 6:00 p.m.

     Wednesday, February 25        8:00 – 4:00 p.m.

Do not begin breakdown until after 4:00 pm on

Wednesday the 25th!

 
Take down:

     Wednesday after 4:00 p.m.
