Logistics Each space includes a six foot skirted table and 2 chairs in a designated area, located in the glass enclosed patio garden directly connected to the general area of the conference. Overnight lodging and incidental charges are the responsibility of each exhibitor/associate. Exhibitors are also responsible for making hotel reservations and arrangements for additional services needed. Set-up:
