This year we will be offering different levels of participation, ranging from exhibitor space to sponsorships.  As a conference sponsor, your company will be marketed through printed materials and other marketing opportunities (see attached Sponsorship Opportunities). Attendees come to the conference for training and the opportunity to view new products and resources that will assist them in their jobs.  You will have the opportunity to network with the attendees.  The participation and support of our exhibitors and sponsors is critical for a successful conference.

Sponsorship Opportunities – 2009

All sponsorship and exhibitors have the opportunity to:

·        Meet and greet the more than 300 emergency management professionals and stakeholders who attend this annual event.

·        Be recognized in conference literature and materials

·        Exhibit in designated area – 6 foot skirted table and 2 chairs provided

·        Attend any or all of the workshops and events

(1) SPONSORSHIP AT GOLD LEVEL - $5,000

- Sponsorship of welcome reception held the first evening for all attendees

- Prime location for exhibit with (2) 6 foot skirted tables in lobby

- Provides costs for production of conference program

- Full-page ad in conference program recognized as gold sponsor

- 8 complimentary conference registrations for your staff to include all events and meals

(2) SPONSORSHIPS AT SILVER LEVEL - $2,500

- Exhibit space to include (2) 6 foot skirted tables in vendor area

- Half -page ad in conference program recognized as sponsor

- Sponsorship of all day coffee cart with name tent listed as silver level sponsor

- 6 complimentary conference registrations for your staff to include all events and meals

(2+) SPONSORSHIPS AT COPPER LEVEL -$1,500

- Sponsorship of afternoon breaks with name tent listed as silver level sponsor

- Exhibit space to include (1) 6 foot skirted table in vendor area

- Quarter -page ad in conference program recognized as copper sponsor

- 4 complimentary conference registrations for your staff to include all events and meals

EXHIBITORS - $550

Exhibit space to include (1) 6 foot skirted table in vendor area

Recognition in conference program

2 complimentary conference registrations for your staff to include all events and meals

Other participation opportunities:

DOORPRIZE DRAWINGS – items are publicized in conference materials, and the drawings provide additional exposure for donors’ products and services.   Door prizes are generally given away at the Vendor Welcome Reception held on the first day.

SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES – if you can provide an extra $135.00 to go towards a scholarship for someone that could not attend otherwise, please send with your registration. Donors will be published in the program agenda.
