The Lake County OEM Deputy Director is responsible for professional and administrative duties to support Lake County’s Emergency Management Program. These duties include developing, updating, and testing plans, policies and procedures relating to Prevention, Protection, Mitigation, Recovery and Response projects, along with the operation of the Lake County Emergency Operations Center. The Deputy Director will lead community outreach and preparedness efforts and campaigns and will frequently interact with residents and visitors both in-person and on social media.
